Terms of Service

Company, We, Us, Our refers to Arconeers Infratech Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with CIN U41000AP2025PTC121430.

Platform refers to the website arconeers.com and all associated web applications, tools, and services.

User, You, Your refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.

Services refers to architecture, engineering, construction management, interior design, project management, BIM, and all related professional services offered by Arconeers.

Appointment refers to a scheduled consultation or service booking made through the Platform.

Wallet refers to the digital prepaid balance feature available to registered users on the Platform.

By registering an account, booking an appointment, adding funds to your Wallet, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you warrant that you meet this requirement.

To access certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address, phone number, or Google account via Firebase Authentication.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Platform.

Appointments booked through the Platform are subject to availability and confirmation by Arconeers.

Consultation fees, service charges, and any applicable taxes will be clearly displayed before you confirm a booking.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund to the Wallet. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Arconeers reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and offered an alternative slot or full refund.

Bookings are for consultation and advisory purposes. Engagement for full project services is subject to a separate written agreement.

The Wallet is a prepaid digital balance feature. Funds added to the Wallet may be used to pay for appointments and services on the Platform.

Wallet funds are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as required by applicable law or upon account closure.

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Arconeers does not store your full card or bank account details.

Refunds to the Wallet will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds to the original payment method may take 7–14 business days depending on your bank.

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, design drawings, and software — is the exclusive property of Arconeers Infratech Private Limited or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from Arconeers.

Design drawings, reports, and deliverables produced by Arconeers for a specific project remain the intellectual property of Arconeers until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as agreed in the project contract.

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

Prohibited activities include: attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform; uploading malicious code or interfering with Platform security; impersonating any person or entity; submitting false or misleading information; and using the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm others.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

The Platform and its content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Arconeers does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Information provided on the Platform is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional architectural, engineering, or legal advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arconeers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Arconeers in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The Platform uses third-party services including Firebase (Google LLC) for authentication and payment gateways for transactions. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Arconeers is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services linked from the Platform.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Any unused Wallet balance will be refunded subject to applicable terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Arconeers, or third parties.

Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh, India.

For consumer disputes, you may also approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised Last Updated date.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
